Cancellation Policy To cancel your membership or event registration, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled event or prior to the final processing of your membership application. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Timeline Refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 working days. Once your refund is approved, the funds will be reversed to your original payment method (Card/Mobile Banking) within the standard banking timeline (typically 7-10 working days).

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
